I'm Mandy Froehlich

I’m a busy mom of 3, business owner. I’m passionate about helping others find strength in their body like I have.

 

Mandy Froehlich is a movement expert, studio owner, and wellness educator with over 20 years of experience helping people build strength, mobility, and confidence in their bodies. With a Master’s in Exercise Science, advanced yoga and Pilates certifications, and a passion for teaching smart, sustainable movement, Mandy blends science and mindful practice to help people move better, age stronger, and live with vitality.

I created Smart Strength to help people finally see the gray in strength training. It doesn’t have to be all-or-nothing, and it certainly doesn’t have to follow the old ‘no pain, no gain’ mentality. The truth is, our bodies change—and the way we train needs to change too. The workouts that served me in my 20s and 30s are not the same ones that serve me now. Today, I train smarter, not harder, and that shift has been life-changing.

I want to share these methods with you, because movement should feel nourishing and life-giving—not draining or destructive. Smart Strength is a comprehensive program designed for anyone who wants to protect, build, and maintain as much strength as possible while also honoring mobility, core stability, and longevity. My Last Piece of Advice

Simply begin.

I don’t know if we are ever ready. It’s so easy to analyze and think about doing something before actually doing it. Our body and our system like sameness so trying something new can provide a lot of resistance. However, people are so happy once they simply take the first step. So don’t wait another day! If you know you want to feel more calm from head to toe, try this program. It works and I know it works because I am a completely different person today than I used to be. It’s easier to be patient, it’s easier to feel calm and peace even in a stressful situation and I want that for you too!
