With a Masterâs in Exercise Science, advanced yoga and Pilates certifications, and a passion for teaching smart, sustainable movement, Mandy blends science and mindful practice to help people move better, age stronger, and live with vitality.
I created Smart Strength to help people finally see the gray in strength training. It doesnât have to be all-or-nothing, and it certainly doesnât have to follow the old âno pain, no gainâ mentality. The truth is, our bodies changeâand the way we train needs to change too. The workouts that served me in my 20s and 30s are not the same ones that serve me now. Today, I train smarter, not harder, and that shift has been life-changing.

My Last Piece of Advice
Simply begin.
I donât know if we are ever ready. Itâs so easy to analyze and think about doing something before actually doing it. Our body and our system like sameness so trying something new can provide a lot of resistance. However, people are so happy once they simply take the first step. So donât wait another day! If you know you want to feel more calm from head to toe, try this program. It works and I know it works because I am a completely different person today than I used to be. Itâs easier to be patient, itâs easier to feel calm and peace even in a stressful situation and I want that for you too!
